My System Specs

Default "Best" SATA 3 6Gb/s SSD?

Which brand of SSD's maintains the best Performance:Manufacturer Quality:Price per GB ratio? I am seriously considering buying upwards of 4 SSD's for use on a RAID card and I am wanting to know where I'm going to get the best performance and best quality product. Price isn't a huge factor, as most tend to be very expensive anyway, but if I can save a few bucks that's a plus. All opinions and expertise are welcome. (obviously )

Thanks in advance

Best performance:reliability = Intel 520 (also the most expensive)

Other good drives are Marvell based Crucial M4 (limited to 200Mb/s writes) and Sandforce based Mushkin Chronos Deluxe. I'd stay clear of OCZ.

While I haven't tried one, reviewer and shootist, AkG whole-heartedly recommends the Intel 520, and while he says a lot of crazy things that I try to forget, when he talks about computer hardware and SSDs in particular, I listen :-)
