I'm surprised there aren't more reviews and info about this amazing little SSD other than stories relating to the fact that it's used in some Zenbooks.

This thing is freaking fast, the fastest SATA SSD I've come across.

My guess is that it uses high-density toggle NAND. My Zenbook's too new to void the warranty to have a look and the only pictures I could find are either too blurry to make out the part numbers or have the numbers blacked out or obscured by a sticker.

As you can see by the Atto, It's bottlenecked by the SATA3 on sequential transfers just like any other SF2281 SSD, but it's the 4KB transfers that really stand out: over 225MB/s reads and almost 340MB/s writes.

No wonder it ranks on top of PassMark's SATA drive list:

I haven't had a chance to run IOmeter but I expect equally dazzling results.

In real-world use it rocks. My Zenbook UX21 feels as responsive as my old Q6600/8GBddr2/RevoX2 system but with only half as much RAM and only a dual-core CPU.

Anyone else have any experience with one of these little babies? Any more info or benchmarks?
