Default ssd cacheing

hi hardware canucks community.
i am looking for a quick and cheap way to improve my computer. i was reading the article about corsairs new cache ssd, they said it can read/write 5 times faster. is this true? and will the speed increase with the size of the ssd, like normal ssds?

which cache ssd whould i get? or should i wait for these new corsair accelerator series?
