Default Intel SRT-Caching Question

Not sure if this is the correct place to post but here goes:

What's the difference in using a:

1) Corsair Force Series GT SATA III 60 GB SSD

vs

2) OCZ Agility 3 SATA III 60 GB SSD

vs

3) Patriot PYRO SATA III 60 GB SSD

for P8Z68 V-Pro Intel SRT-Caching?

Honestly, I can't seem to understand the SRT-Caching concept, does it pretty much make my SSD into a HDD and the specs are useless? Will it be better to just stick to using the SSD as itself? Thanks!

it's just a high speed cache for your hard drive. something like how the RAM is a cache for the CPU. honestly your best friend is google here, but none of those drive should have any major differences.
