Default New SSD - How to restore using Win 7

Hey Guys/Girls

Im purchasing a newer and bigger SSD for my rig and im just wondering what would be the best way to restore image from backup (Win 7 Backup) to 3 different partitions.

My set up as are follows:

60 GB SSD - C:\ Win 7 only
120 GB SSD - D:\ 40GB (Programs) and E:\ 76+ GB (Games)

All 3 are backed up on my Green drive and WHS. Since im running the old version of WHS, i may have problems restoring back from WHS backup. So i did the WHS 7 backup to my local drives.

My new partition would be:

120GB - C:\ 70 GB (Win 7) + D:\ 40 GB (Programs)
120 GB - E:\ Games

What would be the best way to restore? Fresh install of Win 7 on the new drive and then restore from backups?

I'm not sure how it would work but you could image the drives/partition then restore the images to the new drive/partitions. It would then be like nothing ever happened.. you'd just have more space.

There's some really good imaging software out there. I've used it myself, I just can't remember the name of it for the life of me.

Ok. Partition Magic comes to mind, but i do have to pay for the licence. Id rather not spend money if i dont need to.
