how far can this go.

i know i got a deal on the other 2 but i was hoping for a few more.

They're asking $159 for a 750GB Caviar Black and $229 for a 1TB Black. Looks like the spare 750GB I have on the bench is worth double what I paid for it.

Lol the 1 tb black is more than triple what i payed for it.

Yup was discussing the increase in irc, I have a 500 with bad sectors, looked at prices for replacement and was WFT.
Just did a shuffle and moved the drive to temp tv storage till prices come back to earth.

one sure thing is that once stock will start to come back lot's of people are gonna buy HDD. something tell me that price wont go down that fast.

These prices are killing me. I was seriously just starting to do a major storage overhaul just before the prices jumped. Now I can't afford to do it.

Also to mention that it affect other market. At job we were selling a lot of multicam DVR and now 1TB and 2TB hard drive are so expensive that DVR sales goes down for the last week.
