Default Is there a loading difference between these 2 SSD set-ups?

Set up

A) Games and OS are installed together in the same SSD.

B) OS is installed in a normal HDD while games are installed in a separate SSD

Assuming both are using the same SSD, would the loading time for the games be still the same? Or the games in set up A be faster as they are installed together with the OS?

Thanks for helping this out, the answer would actually help me consider buying a 64gb SSD(for games only) or a 128gb SSD(for games and OS together).
