doesnt wiping the drive with whatever method kill those too?

im not talking about making a partition on the drive then wiping that, im talking about

killing all partitions then load the soft and leave it ripping.

also some spoke about hdderase,to be used at boot and they said its better but i forgot why? :)

no, sector remapping is completely isolated to the hard drive. whatever software you use will not see any sort of remapped sectors.
