So you got the 100GB ("original") model and not the 120GB ("extended") model? Then you are golden :)

Thanks, guys. Nothing's quite as amusing as watching that Program Installation status bar whip across the screen, or loading up windows in five seconds from the login screen.

A question though; I did a read test, and the drive hits a max read speed of 180mb/s, averaging around 140ish. Is this because it uses the 35nm NAND flash?

I got the exact same thing but mine is 80GB, I have that with windows and another 640 gb WD for everything else. Love the load time for windows to boot from cold into windows is like 20 seconds

The 35nm is the faster one.
