no they do not, no trim in raid at this point in time, on any ssd

Yeah, there's been a fair amount of misunderstanding WRT Trim/Raid with the intel drivers. Last time I checked, the Intel Raid drivers allowed the trim command through to a non-raided SSD when paired with non-SSD raided HDDs.
