Question reliable Data recovery service?

Hello!

My friends WD 2.5 SATA portable passport drive just stopped working and makes weird clicking noise. I'm pretty sure it is a hardware issue inside.

The data on the drive is very valuable and worth the high cost of recovering. We are not sure where to take it. Do you guys recommend any services, preferably in Montreal.

Thank you!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Acronis do this?

They're not located in Montreal, however, Ontrack Data Recovery is one of the best:

I've done business with them a few times. However, expect to pay a bundle. But if your data is valuable, it's worth it.

I know of i365, SeagateServices, located in Mississauga. They have Priority and Economy pricing.
I've never used them but they may be worth a call.
