Default Will 3D blu ray need a new driver or the drive?

We got in 3D tvs at work and I am curious about their compatibility with blu ray drives. Willing to guess that the 3D side of it is more software and video hardware based rather than the drive itself, but I thought I would check. So my question: Do I need a 3D ready drive, or will there be drivers that will work with it? They're the same disks so I am guessing just the driver.

Thanks all

You don't need to replace the drive at all, what you need is a 3D capable TV.
