Yep. It would go like this:
ChrisK: "Honey, the laptop we had to send for warranty and thought about replacing for $1000, is heating up again. Could not have happened at a worse time with your courses starting as you will need it."

Da Missus: "Oh no!"

Chrisk: "I put a $350 part in there, and its like new. Phew!"

Da Missus: "You are my hero! Let me get my knee-pads..."

Yeah SSD Rocks, even cheaper one's i installed one X-25V 40gb as a boot drive on my friend computer (Phenom 965, 4gb of ram) and WOW, litterally 12 seconds (without counting the bios boot and messages) to first Win7 Logo to completely load all the software and ready to go..

Did a test with Crytal Mark, is SEQ read was around 175meg/s and write around 43meg/s (normal for the V series)
