My System Specs

Default looking for a card to add lots of hdd's to my computer.

im looking to setup my pc to have 10 or so hdd's in it other that my one OS drive, what cards for expansion can i use for 8 drives, i dont need raid and no high performance cards, just one that will allow me to back up all my dvd's cd's blurays.... and how many watts will 10 hdd's up.

You can get powered external 1-5 SATA port splitters for around $100. HDDs use very little juice (maybe 7 watts@idle, 12 while working), and you wouldn't be reading/writing to all 10 at the same time.
