My System Specs

Default external back-up

I am wondering about have about 2TB-4TB of external back-up over e-sata. What would you guys recommend and what is some of the better ones out there that wont be too expensive. Also is there a way to get something similar to time machine except for windows? Basically time machine makes multiple back-ups and if you accidentaly delete a file time machine will still have it unlike a raid 0. I am looking at a maximum of $600.
