My System Specs

Default WD3000HLFS in Raid 0

Does this result acceptable for 2 WD3000HLFS (Velociraptor 300GB) in RAID 0?

Could you please re-run the tests using a different benchmark?
HDTach and HDTune are the two most widely used and trusted ones.

HdTach
HD Tune website

Those are low-level benchmarks, meaning that the windoze file system is transparent to the test.
Other benchmarks include effects/degradations etc imposed by the file system in use.
One must test JUST the drives first when troubleshooting possible performance problems
and those two are the most universally used in the industry.
DO NOT RELY ON SANDRA when test hard drives!!!!!!!!!!
Please post screen snapshots of the results.

By the way I dont know how to copy and paste the image like you do with CrystalDiskMark,
can you tell me how you it, thanks
I know this is off topic but...

1. First sign up for a free photo website (I use Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket)
2. Upload the picture.
3. Tag it in your post, photo bucket provides tags which you can just copy and paste.

Thanks, but what i was asking is how do you capture the image for CrystakDiskMark.

And by the way the Velociraptor are pretty impressive, i think i will oerder 2 now.

Especially at this price Newegg.ca - Western Digital VelociRaptor WD3000HLFS 300GB 10000 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive WAS 188.99 for one day.
