ya i like toys too but that's a little out of my price range this year. how about some benchmarks cause I bet that puppy just screams ah. Have fun.

the iometer above was done w/ the fulltest.icf that Tony posted on the OCZ forums.
That Iometer is damn near exactly the same as my 4 x X25-M's did. I plan on doing some game/photoshop comparisons after work.

But I will say that UT3 and the few other games I tested were damn near instantaneous (Crysis still isn't all that fast though).

HD Tune isn't a good benchmark for SSD's. All it shows is the max sequential throughput. Which isn't where SSD's excel.

Didn't these things used to cost like $2000?? At least they're down to 900 now.

The ioDrive is $2k+. It is a SLC drive. This is their MLC drive.
