No. The results are rather bad. Do you have write back cache enabled in the Intel Storage Manager?

more details about my raid setup:

1x320Gb WD AAKS - 2x160Gb platters
1x320Gb WD AAKS - 1x320Gb platter

Strip size=64kb

I installed the Intel Matrix Storage Manager and enabled Write-Back Cache.I run a few tests again but the results are same.Only thing that's different is the increase of BURST SPEED.
