You should say what exactly SSD's and raptors you have. Do you care to use RAID0 for the raptors? And critical data on them in case one should fail?

What exactly is the problem? Install the OS on the SSD. All other Raptor HDs will just be data drives and they'll each show up as Drive D, Drive E, etc in your Windows Explorer.

Set the SSD as the first boot device in your mobo and you're done.

There's no use to putting 2 Raptors in RAID0. A single decent SSD drives even destroys dual VelociRaptors in RAID0.

Last week I put in an OCZ Summit 60GB in my laptop and now my laptop spanks my main machine around (specs in signature). Now I must get myself an SSD for the main machine too and retire the VelociRaptor. How times changes...just a year ago or 2 you were king if you had even a single 300GB VelociRaptor and now they're like paper-weights. Heck, Western Digital's own Caviar Black line now matches the read/write/average speeds. The only thing still going for the VR is the access times.
