master stand alone or master with slave, it have to be stand alone.....

you don't awnser me, did you see a mass storage device in USB section of the device manager. ?

Now I can see it in the device manager , but I can it access it freezes the my computer

It freeze because the jumper is not adjust properly.
the computer is not freeze, he just don't understand the HD setting.. it happen also with HD connect directly on the MTB, often the computer will not even post if the jumper is not set properly. give me exactly the model of hard drive you have , I'm gone tell you how to set the jumper

If it's freezing your computer then try it on a laptop or another computer. The enclosure may be fried. I've had a few issues like yours and it's either the hard drive or enclosure.

When I connected USB 2.0 TO SATA IDE CABLE to my laptop (before it was being connected to desktop),,,I received this message :
