2 x Vertex' are WAY faster than 3 Warp V2's. Only in max throughput do they equal. Random read/writes (which is far more important) they will crush the Warps.

I'm not quite sure why the 120GB is faster. I know from benchmarks that the 120GB Vertex does perform better than a 60GB or 30GB, but I'm not sure why. Speculation used to be that the 120GB had a bigger cache (64mb), but Tony on the OCZ forum said that the cache is 64MB on all sizes. Anyone know why the 120GB is faster?

The 120GB and 250GB use more flash channels.
