so I recently got a new case and am in the process of moving all my parts over to it. However I decided to re-assess my storage setup...
It's an old build so please don't give me any grief about this... I was a noob back then

So right now I have 3 80gb RAID 0 for OS and for my storage I have 2 250gb RAID 0.
Obviously with this setup I have no data protection whatsoever.
For my new setup, I was thinking of remedying this by making my storage RAID 5 instead of RAID 0... Then I realized I need 3 drives for RAID 5, not 2.
Yes there are alternatives like RAID 1 but that would be cutting my storage capacity in half, which I can't do because then I wouldn't have enough room.
So what I am asking is, is there anything I can do with the current amount of drives I have without losing storage capacity and protecting my data?
My answer is no, but maybe someone else has some ideas. The only alternative I can think of is purchasing another 250gb drive so I can do RAID 5.
