Default Failing and new hard drive question

I was moving my hard drive and the little plastic pin above the sata connector came out with the cable.

Now, it still works but I will buy a new hard drive and replace the current seagate 7200.10 320G.

Speed wise, it was all right, nothing great, but since my computer is always opened and I am not re-booting much speed is not that important. Faster would be great, but I wont spend velociraptor level of money.

A bit much space would be great (thinking 500 G or 750 G), but I don't need 1 tb for now.

So any recommendation ? Beast bang for the buck ?

+1 for the WD 640gb black. I just ordered one so I can use my slower drive as a backup drive, I should get the WD earlier this week. Price match it if you buy from NCIX, I got it down from $101 to $87.

Throw me in as another vote for the WD 640GB Black Edition, it's fast, reliable, great warranty, and good price. What more could you want?

I'll toss in a vote also. I just replaced my two 750's with the WD Black 640's.
