Alright...I ordered two more 640 Blacks....now I have four of them in a single raid 0....and my speeds DROPPED.

I wouldn't even bother having 4 disks in RAID 0. I'd put them in RAID 5. I should also mention that perhaps that many disks in R0 might saturate the SB? Just a guess...

What are you using for a controller?

And RAID5 has decent reads, but writes (in comparison) unless you have a hardware controller.

AR on NCIX hit writes that were just as good as reads on a 9690SA.
Sadly, I haven't achieved that. 2x 1TB Blacks = 150MB/s reads and 8MB/s writes in RAID0.

Obviously there's something wrong which I'm working on.
