Default cheapest dvd burner?
NCIX.com - Buy Black Face Plate for Samsung DVD-WRITER SH-S162L - BG64-00261A Black Face Plate In Canada.

i just need two good dvd burners for my friend... i am not expert... so is this 4.50cad dvd burner is good enough for burn many many dvds and cds?

it seems not one of maximum speed dvd burner... "almost"

That is a face plate, not the drive itself.
So to answer your question - no, that will not burn any CDs or DVDs.

If you keep your eyes open at NCIX you can generally find one for around $25. Not going to get much cheaper than that.
