Funny that you join the day after my RMA ships after telling Corsair I'd never buy their products again due to lack of communication

Yup, I too will be paying close attention to how our new rep handles things...as I was not overly impressed with how they treated you JD. Sub...sub par treatment indeed.

I've personally had good dealings with them so once could be an anomaly...but time -and Terren -will tell one way or the other.

Anyways. More the merrier! Welcome aboard Terren. Hope you will be around to expedite any 'issues' fellow Canuck'ers have.
