I don't know what it is, but the GPU2 client quits because of unstable machine after a few hours every time. Even on a stock GPU @ stock clocks & fan full speed. And thus with only one of the cores loaded.

Just ran it for 5 hours (in max burn mode) straight even with both GPU's loaded, without a single issue.

Give OCCT's GPU: MEMTEST tool a try and see if it gives you any errors.
