You need to have your computers networked. Then you type the network address in the Client Location field.

Ie:
\\FOLDINGDESKTOP\Folding@home-gpu2\

Above, I have shared the "Folding@home-gpu2" folder. This folder exists on the computer I have named "foldingdesktop".

Edit: Also, is it worth folding on my i7@4.2ghz or stick to my gtx 260?

ppd = points per day?

Edit: 32 or 64 bit?

Also, I'd like to fold but I can't bear the thought of leaving my rig running full load, unattended for days at a time. Can I run it for 8 hours a day? Or cut down on the load?
