Lol +1 to that!

Looks like Sky and the top dogs here are really supporting the folding team, and soon the crunching team. They have been including some F@H stats in reviews lately, which is quite difficult, but very appreciated. This contest is just another show of support.

Gotta say this is a great group of guys to fold with, and a great site to do it for! maybe its the Guinesses talking, but I love you guys!

It was 3 Gtx 260s, but as of a few minutes ago, the 4 Gtx 260's in my sig now. I'm hoping for a little more then 20000 ppd!

Haha, dont worry I was just kidding, I'm going to fold anyways. I'm not sure how long I can run 4 cards in the summer for though... It might get a little to warm.

I am using the system tray and not the command line client. I followed the directions on the F@H website, created the second folder and then disabled the SLI in the NVidia control panel after I hooked up a second monitor. I am using the beta 185.65 drivers in Windows Vista x64 and FAHSpy says I should be getting 13000 ppd with just the GPUs folding. I set up some fan profiles in RivaTuner and right now the cores are 70/73 with the fan cycling between 70% and 80% as core 1 hits 71C.
No, just using the one GPU system tray client.

If you overclock the shaders a bit you should be good for ~24,000 ppd easy running 4x 260's, with a decent OC and good WU they can do over ~7000 ppd each. For reference my rig2 with one SMP and 2 GPU clients does ~15,000 ppd as long as I don't get the 511pt WU's.

As for the heat issue, that's why you've got to get the ppd before the weather get's nasty...

BAH! So your Fairhaven boxen alone beats the 6+ machines I have working....

... I hate you people!

I think this means I need newer hardware.

Coincidently, what would you say the machine in my sig *should* be doing for PPD?

Your 260-216 should be good for 6500 to 7500 ppd depending on WU and how high you clock the shader's. My GTX+'s have the shader's at 1998MHz and usually do ~6000 ppd each.

The Q6600 @3.0 GHz running the standard SMP will do 1800 to 2400 again depending on WU. If you run two linux clients in VM's you could easily do 3600+ ppd.

A closer comparison would be my Wandernaught boxen which will usually do ~8000+ ppd again depending on WU's.

As alway's YMMV...
