Gildan's tend to keep their original size pretty well, and wear well too. It's the only brand we use for t-shirts for my rugby club.

Actually Gildan makes a Triple-XL. The last time I bought T-shirts from a printing outfit they would do XXL and XXXL but they cost $2-3 more each. And you could buy 2-3 of each as long as you were buying in dozen lots for L and XL.
