Default Avoid G84 and G86 until glitch fixed: Inquirer

Apparently there is a glitch in the upcoming G84 and G86 NVidia video cards that are scheduled to be released on April 17th. The power scaling that allows the cards to clock down when not under load by demanding 3-D applications is not working, which spells much greater power consumption and heat generation. The release date remains unchanged despite this alleged foible.
