Typically how long after the flagship release (i.e. 680) will the 660 Ti make its way to the market? Is it normally a few months? Currently rocking a 460, and may upgrade when the 660 hits the market.

The mods are just as excited about this release as you are, but HWC has to adhere to the terms of the NDA. While your link disclosed prices that were quickly pulled and not a review, we tend to err on the side of caution. The supply of cards and parts to review would disappear if we were known as a site that doesn't hold to it's agreements.
