Supermicro packs 96 CPU cores in a 2U case - Bright Side Of News*

Supermicro's 2U server, accepts 4 hotplug motherboards with 2x G34 sockets each. 8 sockets x 12 cores = 96 cores.

Additionally the total memory will be atless 1TB.

Unbelievable. That is absolutely insane. With a mere 1 terrabyte of memory. I would hate to see the bill for that server. Beam me up Scotty!!!
