125W TDP/3.2G/Turbo 3.6G/Locked multiplier

1055T:
125W TDP/2.8G/Turbo 3.3G

2.6g 1035T and 3.0G 1075T will launch later.

well Gerard if the multiplier is locked maybe they will give us more control on the FSB capability:)

Thanks for the heads up on the release date Mark. I was going to upgrade to an X4 965, but I think I'll hold out for the price drops that are sure to come.

My day has been made? haha.

I seriously do think thats just a translation issue, since there's never been a "Black Edition" without unlocked multis. Even then, since I'll probably be "going nuts" and grabbing the 1090T, a stock 3.4-3.6Ghz isn't to shabby, and should still OC some.

What do you mean? You can control the FSB on any CPU regardless of it being Black Edition or not. If this thing doesn't have an unlocked multiplier, then it shouldn't be a Black Edition. Oh, and they better not ship these with stock heatsinks - anyone buying this hexacore things will obviously have a more effective solution at home already. No sense in charging $5 more for a heatsink paperweight.

it's few month I want to try an AMD build, and I'm very happy to not have order a 965 yet.

waiting for the athlon x6's..going to be maybe 6 months :) probably you can do bigadv with those...right? x4 doesnt cut it
