I half expected it to be from The Onion News.... Neat idea....but I dont want to think of the levels of radioactivity or power draw it would need....

was this seriously on CNN?

cadaveca March 3, 2009 11:43 AM

Honestly, I couldn't tell you. I did see a familiar member of the overclocking community in the video, so it's semi-legit anyway...

Seems more like a concept video..Intel must have patents pertaining to the tech.

Jonwall March 5, 2009 06:07 PM

i remember seeing this a while ago, i think it was on discovery that i saw it, and it wasnt a fake video but its just a concept video of what COULD be done, not what theyve already done

llama_egg March 6, 2009 04:45 AM

Yep, 'tis only a concept, nothing more, not saying "Hey look guys, our cars morph!", but instead "Hey look guys, our cars could morph some time in the future".

Still awesome technology though, to think not that long ago idea's like this was only in books.
