This is all news to me since I am a member of 3DGameman. Ok ok, so I don't post much but I found this today. On 3DGameman website, the review dated July 02, 2008 doesn't even go in the removing the heatsink. Has things changed???

Yes, Rodney has changed the review as detailed in his email to me today. He also changed his HD3870X2 review since it contained an image from Techpowerup's review.

I'm glad SKY has resolved this and remained patient. I agree that going the legal route is a last resort scenario and gamemans has had his fingers rapped now.

Its very important to appreciate what plagiarism is and to cite the work of others accordingly. If you do get caught its best to own up and resolve things quickly and amicably.

In science you may not get that second chance.

Who knows, alot of people are looking into whether he has stolen other images, now that techpowerup's images turned out to be stolen on a prior review

I still like Rodney's case reviews. They offer a visual reference when I'm looking for a new case or dreaming of a new one. But as for his honesty...I'm not sure. We'll see what this does to his online rep.

This is a pretty low move on his part. Has he issued any sort of apology yet?

it makes you wonder if companies will pull their sending of review parts to him when they find out he has been making a profit on them.
