Good eye Cptn Vortex. After reviewing the video at time stamp 2:47 and comparing it to the pic in SKMTL's review, I would have to say its a forgery. Just take a careful look at the thermal pads but more so the top right area of the mosfet thermal pad area and you'll notice both that both shots are one to each other. The odds that the thermal pads would be in the same position on two separate video cards would be quite low so I would say he got caught with his pants down.

As stated before, he was reviewing a HIS; Sky reviewed a Palit. The HIS does not have any "Radeon" sticker on the side; the Palit (as well as the Sapphire) does. Case closed.
