Overclockers.com knocks Penryn down a couple of notches
 

An interesting editorial from Overclockers.com that might rouse debate. The author presents two main theses about Penryn:

1)This is a just a die shrink with a few tweaks

2)A CPU with a 400/1600MHz FSB is going to be a PITA to overclock

He doesn't let AMD off the hook, though.
