It's not like they're expecting these to sell in HUGE numbers, anyways. They probably realise that the people who purchase these things have essentially unlimited gaming PC budgets and are capable of buying 3 of them at a time for a 3x 30" display eyefinity setup. For those people, this product exists. For the rest of us, YES, it's essentially a big waste, because we can't afford three video cards and three LARGE monitors to stress the damn things. It's like buying a Ferrari if the only kind of driving you do is the daily grind to and from work. Kind of pointless unless you can afford to take it to a racetrack. This video card is for those people who can afford a Ferarri AND have the time/money to do track days.
