The 512 seems to be the only 1 to attract for interest in read/write speed .... but you start gettin slower write speeds as you go down in capasity. IF the 128 didn't have the barely above hard drive write speed of 170 mb I would have jumped all over a 128 of these. BUT factor into it the pricing that I have spied of it $200 for the 128 + low write speed = failed sales to me compared to others in the same price/size range sandforce & marvelwise.
