when I see those boards I'm thinking "AMD is better to release their stuff ASAP to make some $$$ before those Z79 surface on the shelves" So a 8 cores Dozer for my VM server and a X79 for my WS, wait I just ordered a 1155 board :doh:. |
Dozer is now end of July, and x79 is coming... Intel will be able to drop prices on Z68.... does not look good for AMD. |
when I see the CPU betwen 2 row of RAM, I'm thinking what will be the speed of this path for a need to place the RAM so close to the CPU. And those sockets with 2 levers, 10 cores 20 treads ?? |
