Anandtech says Bulldozer = Late July (sadface)
 

I am sure everyone knows who Anand his, but for any of you out there who dont know is website, let just say you should believe him.

Taken from his article on ASROCK new AMD mobos :

''AMD originally wanted to launch Bulldozer at Computex but performance issues with its B0 and B1 stepping chips pushed back the launch. Now we're looking at a late July launch with B2 silicon, but performance today is a big unknown. Apparently the performance of B1 stepping silicon doesn't look too good.''

Looks like my probable dozer build will be delayed....

ughhh....lets hope none of that is true.

what I understand is : they are at their 3rd stepping... would explain the lateness. Lets just agree Anandtech is not normally publishing rumors...

I read this stepping thing someplace few weeks ago.

Sadly this rumor is true and delay is imminent. The longer AMD delays the more and more I want to get a SB rig. I hope they launch it soon. :sad:

Atleast AMD is getting it right before they release it, intels B2 revision was a bit of a pain to hear about. I'd rather have a good product later than a piece of garbage now.

Disappointing. Wanted to at least have some reliable benches soon.
