I rub my Cristal ball and read this Fully booked TSMC forces designers to look elsewhere - The China Post

Its the fact there are most likely some foundries whom are slowly switching part of their line to the slowly developing graphene transistor/cpu

Does this mean the "Other Factories" are sub prime and TSMC's chips will command a premium on the retail and resale markets (HWC Buy & Sell) ?
