Gigabyte P67 UD7 1155 Intel [Youtube] YouTube - Gigabyte P67 UD7 Exclusive FIRST LOOK 1155 Sandy Bridge Looks pritty hes feeling the NDA Look fore the back plate at end of vidio USB3's lots of them  |
That puke colour on the heatsinks really throws me off enjoying the look of the board. |
We all love PCI !. Not a fan of the colour too... But I love Gigabyte board as well as their support. I'll probably stick with them for my next builds, but I prefer the "Gigabyte" colour scheme.. |
^^ the one question that keeps popping up is, how many sales do they gain by including legacy connections? they probably figure a good nuymber of people are still upgrading their 3-5 year old system and want to keep the dvd and hard drives, but still. also,i find the usual blue pcb better looking, but thats just a personal thingie :p |
I don't like the looks of the expansion slot layout... For one, the x1 at the top will be blocked by the heat sink (unlike my lower-end 770 Giga which has half the heat sink cut out to prevent this). From the looks of the shot at 6:43, two of the four physically x16 PCI-E slots are electrically x8; the first and third down from the "NB" heat sink are full x16, which may mean a video card starved for air if you run dual cards with the x16 electrical slots. Did I miss something or is there no IDE connector to speak of? I may have to replace my IDE DVD-RAM drive :haha: |
Dont see a clear CMOS on IO sheald Be taking pannel off every 5 min if its in a case ? |

is it just me or is gigabyte the last manufacturer to realize that people who pay $300+ for a board dont want anything related to blue? |
I think the UD5 (from pictures) looks better. |
