I think it's a Defence Department computer. Used for jet simulators or something like that. So it's probaby used to defend people.

I doubt that they are using CUDA as well, the Nvidia Tesla M2050 supports OpenCL, and is based off the same GPU as used in the GTX470

Finding new ways to control people's mind without their knowledge. China knows their knee-jerk ways won't work outside of china so make a super computer to do all the dirty thinking!!!
