You will not get much gain from such a setup vs a standard watercooling setup with a proper rad. Pushing your CPU from.. say ambient room temp to 20C more will give only give you a little bit of loss compared to his 0C ambient temp and primed to 22C. Then there are a slew of disadvantages including condensation issues, noise and the amount of increased load on your home electric bill!. The best approach would be a standard pump and a good rad...you don't need a reservoir...or go UBER and use N2. I sold my Prometia based on the lack of plausible cooling of my 4 core processor.

thanks that's the answer i thought it was going to be. i have only used air or water never peltier plates is that right?
