Pretty sweet IO package for a standard PCI slot card, and the specs look pretty decent.

I wish they'd pitted it against an Audigy though.

Looks like a nice card:)
The look of the software looks a hell of alot nicer than creatives, yet they state a lack of a help file @ the end of the review.

Spdif in/out both optical and coax is something the audigy cards don't offer.

All you get out of an audigy is a single coax spdif through the top mini din plug on the back, and their OP is topped out @ 96 KHz for the audigy 2 line.
