Much more form a professional, technical standpoint. Unless they can put all these new technologies they're including towards more FPS vs. workstation tasks, then hats off to them. To me, at the moment, it seems they're marketing their GPU's as "Look we can play games and all, but it's even better if you use it for *insert task here*"
And Fermi is still gonna be a big, hot, number crunchin', transistor packin' power hungry machine. But hopefully it's worth every watt.
