Default ATI Radeon HD 2900 XT benchmarks
The ATI radeon HD 2900xt beats out the nearest competition (8800 GTS) in these benchmarks- some odd inconsistencies in the performance differences are perhaps an product of imperfect drivers for one or both cards.

320 stream processors!

Hmmm.. I would have thought they would throw some GTX benches into the mix.

I take it the 2900 XT is suspose to be compareable to the 8800 GTS, or is there a line for the 8800 GTX?

yeah-- the XT tested here is not their flagship- the XTX is so they took on NVidia's second in command
