Default Mushkin or Corsair?

Hi,
I am going to get the E8500 on sale at ncix this week but cant decide which 2x2gb kit to get,Dominator or accent.
I am hoping to get to 4ghz and am hoping someone can tell me which is the better overclocker.

Thanks,
Anthony.

Go with the Accent.Mushkin support is top notch and mushkin greg who is on ncix and the forums here is a huge help when it comes to over clocking your mushkin ram. You won't find any better help anywhere

Well this is my own personal experience - I have 2 PCs, 1 uses Corsair XMS2 DDR-2 667 that is OCed to DDR-2 800 4-4-4-12 been running 24/7 for over a year and has worked great - passed memtest86 burnin, prime95 and gaming. My newer PC has the 4GB Corsair DHX 4-4-4-12 and can OC to 1000 (I haven't tried beyond that) but it runs rock solid and stable. If you plan on buying RAM and overclocking make sure your motherboad supports sufficient volt modding. For example, some AM2 boards like the ASUS M2N only go up to 1.95V whereas the M2N-SLI up to 2.5.

With my current rig i cant get the quad past 3.4 stable,i am looking for ram that will help get the 8500 to 4.0 to tackle flightsim x,i think my p5e is a good board now just to find the right 2x2 sticks.

thanks for the input,
Anthony

Corsair and Mushkin offer the best support...and on the NCIX forums it seems that Mushkin is better. But keep in mind that is not the only place where u can get help...there is also the manufacturer's support forums and other forums where the support reps frequent.

OK...to summarize...it's a win-win situation: you win no matter which company you go with...so it depends on your personal preference...ie looks/price/brand loyalty/etc...since the Dominators and Ascents will clock similarly and I doubt you will need that small difference.
